Room is located on top floors of the hotel, spacious superior suite with two rooms and large bathroom, there in no need in built-in kitchenette as this area is packed with restos and cafés (vietnamese, asian, Georgian etc.). Breakfast is served in café next door to hotel's entrance at price EUR9, but multiple choice is available in a stonethrow.

I appreciate this hotel for its spacious and well-equipped rooms. Mine was very large and had a comfortable bed, a good desk for working at, a table for meals, and a full kitchen with a large (and quiet) fridge. The bathroom was very nice and even had a washing machine. There was also a drying rack and an iron and ironing board, as well as plenty of storage space. The room was cleaned every day and the reception staff were always available to answer my questions. They also allowed me to check out an hour later than usual, which was very kind. The hotel is very centrally located and close to the metro. It is on a large street but I didn't experience any problems with noise.

in the time of war, feel very safe , receptionist Julia keep a watch on the air raid alarm. Planed for 2 days here ,but stayed 5 nights.

Second time here during the conflict. Great staff, friendly and helpful, location is off the main road into a narrow parking areas but there are spaces available for hotel guests, just double park and someone go check in and the concierge will come show you where to park. Initially power was an issue as rooms are on levels 3 and 4 but not too high, power is now stable so elevator works fine. Nice big rooms, most are apartments, containing all amenities, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc. Place is very clean with robes and slippers and great water pressure for a nice hot shower. Also a couple of bottles of complimentary water in each room. You can also order delivery to the door via Glovo etc. Certainly will stay again :))

The room I was given was spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Everything works perfectly and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is located in a pleasant area only two metro stops from Maidan Square. I will come back again.

All were perfect. Cleaning every day. Nice and friendly staff. When the energy is shut down, hotel has alternative way to provide energy. That’s why hot water and light are available all the time. The room has everything you need: fridge, washing machine, iron.

It’s a great location. A 3 minute walk to the Olympiska Metro station and surrounded by great restaurants. The energy on the street is fantastic. I think most units have a washing machine. That allowed me to pack less and travel with just a carry on.

It was a comfortable room, electricity worked when energy cuts, had a/c all the time and hot water inspite of energy cuts in Ukraine. Comfortable room and quiet , had little balcony and washing machine. Excellent value for the money

The hotel and the room look well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. The bed and the pillows feel comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel and the room were very silent. The location is great: it was nice to walk from the train station with a small bag.

Very nice hotel, would recommend it. Just after the check-in, there was a technical issue with the shower in my room. However, the staff resolved it within minutes and offered me a better room. Can't fault it, I will definitely come back
